Recently she supported a law that prevents RN's from being replaced in operating rooms or intensive care units by special assistants. She also is supporting a law that requires hospitals to provide information on emergency contraception and, upon request in the case of a rape survivor, to provide emergency contraception to such survivors during emergency treatment.
