Heritage Farm offers very special help for individuals from Madison County with developmental disabilities. Senator Hoffmann has been involved with the growth of Heritage Farm since the beginning and was ready to help jumpstart the fundraising campaign to expand their facilities.
On Independence Day, Senator Hoffmann presented Heritage Farm with a grant of $50,000 for the Homestead Fund Drive. The new facility will expand their capacity to serve individuals with a variety of neurological disorders. The Homestead Drive is now up to $110,000 of their $500,000 goal.
