More than 400 exhibitors representing virtually every segment of today's diverse agriculture industry were at the 18th Annual NY Farm Show held at the N.Y. Fairgrounds in Syracuse.

In addition to displays of new equipment, “For Your Profit� Seminars were offered on a variety of topics which included odor reduction, farm program sign-up tips, plus information booths devoted to timber and woodlot management.



Senator Hoffmann with organic beef and dairy producers Charles and Mary Blood at the Agritourism booth. More and more farmers are looking at Senator Hoffmann's Agritourism and Education Program to increase income and help young people understand the importance of agriculture in our daily lives.

Senator Hoffmann expects these youngsters will develop good horsemanship since their mother, Marlene Williamson, has rodeo experience. The family is in the process of moving to Cato. The identical boy triplets are (l-r) Mitchell, Matthew, and Martin. Their older brother Mark is kneeling next to Senator Hoffmann.

"Bobcat" Warren Canorro explained there's always a special deal at "The NY Farm Show".

Senator Hoffmann speaks with (l-r) Judith Flint and Clair Hebbard at the NYFarmNet exhibit. FarmNet helps out farmers in trouble with counseling, bookkeeping, and stress management. Senator Hoffmann has funded FarmNet through the State Budget.
